Astro Dhruv is a platform for learning, practicing and growing a Vedic astrology practice. The Platform provides tools and services including but not limited to training content, practice exercises, client management, birth chart calculations, AI-powered predictions, session tracking, marketing education and community features (collectively, the "Services"). Certain Services may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal professional use in connection with the Services. No part of the Platform Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, downloaded, reposted or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of Astro Dhruv.
The Platform includes AI-powered features that generate astrological content, predictions, interpretations and suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not collect or store payment information directly. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will apply to the next billing cycle following notice.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage or consequence arising from the suspension, restriction or termination of your account. All decisions regarding account actions are final and at our sole discretion.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASTRO DHRUV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, PREDICTIONS OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM ASTRO DHRUV OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ASTROLOGICAL SERVICES ARE BASED ON TRADITIONAL AND COMPUTATIONAL INTERPRETIVE METHODS THAT ARE NOT EXPERIMENTALLY VERIFIED SCIENCE. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED PREDICTIONS, ARE PROVIDED FOR PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR ANY DECISION. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRO DHRUV, NORTHVIEW TECH PVT LTD, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM, THE SERVICES, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF ASTRO DHRUV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ASTRO DHRUV ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM, THE SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO ASTRO DHRUV IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (₹1,000).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Astro Dhruv, Northview Tech Pvt Ltd, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, consultants and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform and Services; (b) any Service Data you create, store or transmit through the Platform; (c) any claims made by your clients or any third party arising from predictions, advice, content or services you provided using the Platform; (d) your violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy; (e) your violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights; or (f) any unauthorized use of your account. This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account and these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, and the seat of arbitration shall be in India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending completion of arbitration. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any such proceedings.
